SECTION 21 - ORDER PROCESSING

Order Processing

Placing an Order Upon placing your order, you will immediately receive an email confirmation outlining order details such as order number, order date, purchased item(s), payment method, shipping carrier, shipping cost (if applicable), total purchase amount, estimated delivery date. Once your order ships, you will receive additional emails with tracking information and updates for when your order is out for delivery, delivered or if there are any delays or failed delivery attempt. Please be sure to include accurate shipping information when placing your order. We will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information, i.e. address(es) entered at Checkout.

Orders are fulfilled within 1-4 business days After receipt of full payment for your order.

 

Order Modifications and Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, if for any reason, there's a last minute change that needs to be made to an order or a cancellation, please let us know ASAP! SECTION 22 - SALES TAX

Texas customers are assessed sales tax dependent on the Texas-based delivery address, up to 8.25%. Taxes are shown at checkout for Texas customers.

 

SECTION 23 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Fulfillment Timeline

Orders are fulfilled within 1-4 business days, Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of full payment for your order. Your tracking information will be submitted via email upon shipment. See 'Order Tracking' section below for details on how to track your order.

Shipping Rates 

Shipping Rates are calculated at Checkout and are based on the total weight of the order's items.

 

Delivery Options

   Lift-Gate Service Customers can elect lift-gate service for larger vehicles which can be added at checkout for a flat fee of $30.

   Worry-Free Delivery Shipping Insurance that can be added at checkout to cover Loss, Damage and Porch Piracy. Learn more here

   Signature Service Given the value of what we sell, it's imperative that a designated signer is available to sign for every delivery. This service is FREE to all customers.

   Assembly Options Customers can elect to have their vehicle fully assembled and tested for a flat fee of $249 or delivered in the manufacturers packaging for FREE

Failed Delivery Attempts

Throughout the shipping process, we will make every effort to ensure your shipment is delivered intact, free of damage(s) and in the timeframe we promised. However, there may be times when deliveries cannot be completed due to errors with the delivery address, logistical issues or inability to contact you to confirm delivery time and location.

For those reasons, it is imperative that we have accurate contact information for you as there may be instances in which the shipping carrier needs to coordinate delivery ahead of time. If delivery fails to be completed, your shipment may be returned to the warehouse and you may incur additional shipping costs to re-attempt delivery.

Shipping Insurance

Customers can have peace of mind with our optional service, Worry-Free Delivery. In conjuction with AfterShip Protection, Worry-Free Delivery allows customers to add insurance on their shipment to protect against Loss, Damage and Porch Piracy for a fee, which varies by order value, customers can add this protection at checkout. SECTION 24 - REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

This policy is valid for U.S. orders only.

 

Timeframe for Requesting a Refund, Return or Exchange

Refunds, Returns or Exchanges can be requested within 10 days of delivery.

The following items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged:

Restocking Fee

A Restocking Fee of 20% is assessed for returned items.

 

Refund Options

 3. Exchange for a replacement item of equal or lesser value

 

Shipping Methods for Refunded, Returned or Exchanged Items

Items can be shipped back to us using the same shipping method in which they were received.

 

For Items shipped via FedEx Ground Once Return Label has been received, visit FedEx at: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/shipping/schedule-manage-pickups.html to schedule a pickup.

For Items Shipped via LTL Freight Once Return Label has been received, the LTL Freight courier will contact you directly to schedule pickup. Please be available for scheduling and completion of pickup.

 

How to Receive Your Return Label

Your return label can be downloaded and printed once it is emailed within 24-48 business hours of return approval.

 

Cost of Return Postage

($0) Your return label will be emailed to you 'Prepaid'

Prepaid return label will be emailed to you within 24-48 business hours upon issuance of the RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization)

The return address will be pre-filled on the return label. 

 

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item has been verified as received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation and your refund will be issued to the original payment, within 3-7 business days after receipt of the returned item(s). Total time for receipt of returned items and issuance of refund is 12 business days (16 calendar days) (dependent upon your bank's processing time).

 

For orders that are cancelled Before Shipment, refunds will be issued to the original payment, within 3-7 business days after confirmation of the Refund Request from the customer (dependent upon your bank's processing time).

 

To Process a Refund, Return or Exchange for Delivered Items

*SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ITEMS STILL IN TRANSIT: Please wait until items have been delivered before creating a Refund Request (see instructions below)

1. In the footer of our webstore, click 'Process Return or Exchange'

2. Enter Order Number and Email Address.

3. Select the item you wish to return.

4. Select the reason for the return.

5. Select the resolution type: Refund to the original payment method, Exchange or Motoryzed Gift Card.

6. Within 24-48 business hours, an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be assigned and emailed to you along with a prepaid return shipping label.

7. Place the item(s) being returned along with the RMA inside the original packaging and securely attach the prepaid return shipping label.

8. For Items shipped via FedEx Ground Once Return Label has been received, visit FedEx at: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/shipping/schedule-manage-pickups.html to schedule a pickup.

9. For Items Shipped via LTL Freight Once Return Label has been received, the LTL Freight courier will contact you directly to schedule pickup. Please be available for scheduling and completion of pickup.

10. For Exchanges Once the returned item has been verified as received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped within 24-48 business hours and new tracking information will be emailed to you.

11. For Refunds Once the returned item has been verified as received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation outlining your refund details.

 

To Process a Refund, Return or Exchange for an Order In Transit

1. Contact the Customer Service Team ASAP to request cancellation or exchange.

2. For fastest service, please submit a ticket to the Customer Service Team via our Contact page and in the subject field enter 'URGENT-Order Cancellation' or 'URGENT-Exchange Unshipped Item(s)'

3. A Customer Service Team member will address your concern within 12-24 business hours.
