Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

This policy is valid for U.S. orders only.

 

Timeframe for Requesting a Refund, Return or Exchange

Refunds, Returns or Exchanges can be requested within 10 days of delivery.

 

Items Eligible for Refund, Return or Exchange

1. New and slightly used items.

    *This includes items that are opened or have been slightly used.

2. Damaged Items

3. Defective Items

4. Items received in error.

5. Buyer's Remorse

6. Non-Defective Items

7. Items damaged in transit

8. Items not yet shipped

9. Items still in transit

 

Items that are Ineligible for Refund, Return or Exchange 

The following items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged:

1. Gift Cards

2. Closeout/Clearance Items

3. Items delivered more than 10 days prior

 

Restocking Fee

A Restocking Fee of 20% is assessed for returned items.

 

Refund Options

The following refund options are supported:

 1. Refund to the original payment method

 2. Refund to Motoryzed Gift Card

 3. Exchange for a replacement item of equal or lesser value

 

Shipping Methods for Refunded, Returned or Exchanged Items

Items can be shipped back to us using the same shipping method in which they were received.

 

For Items shipped via FedEx Ground Once Return Label has been received, visit FedEx at: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/shipping/schedule-manage-pickups.html to schedule a pickup.

For Items Shipped via LTL Freight Once Return Label has been received, the LTL Freight courier will contact you directly to schedule pickup. Please be available for scheduling and completion of pickup.

 

How to Receive Your Return Label

Your return label can be downloaded and printed once it is emailed within 24-48 business hours of return approval.

 

Cost of Return Postage

($0) Your return label will be emailed to you 'Prepaid'

Prepaid return label will be emailed to you within 24-48 business hours upon issuance of the RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization)

The return address will be pre-filled on the return label. 

 

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item has been verified as received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation and your refund will be issued to the original payment, within 3-7 business days after receipt of the returned item(s). Total time for receipt of returned items and issuance of refund is 12 business days (16 calendar days) (dependent upon your bank's processing time).

 

For orders that are cancelled Before Shipment, refunds will be issued to the original payment, within 3-7 business days after confirmation of the Refund Request from the customer (dependent upon your bank's processing time).

 

To Process a Refund, Return or Exchange for Delivered Items

*SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ITEMS STILL IN TRANSIT: Please wait until items have been delivered before creating a Refund Request (see instructions below)

1. In the footer of our webstore, click 'Process Return or Exchange'

2. Enter Order Number and Email Address.

3. Select the item you wish to return.

4. Select the reason for the return.

5. Select the resolution type: Refund to the original payment method, Exchange or Motoryzed Gift Card.

6. Within 24-48 business hours, an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be assigned and emailed to you along with a prepaid return shipping label.

7. Place the item(s) being returned along with the RMA inside the original packaging and securely attach the prepaid return shipping label.

8. For Items shipped via FedEx Ground Once Return Label has been received, visit FedEx at: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/shipping/schedule-manage-pickups.html to schedule a pickup.

9. For Items Shipped via LTL Freight Once Return Label has been received, the LTL Freight courier will contact you directly to schedule pickup.

Please be available for scheduling and completion of pickup.

10. For Exchanges Once the returned item has been verified as received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped within 24-48 business hours and new tracking information will be emailed to you.

11. For Refunds Once the returned item has been verified as received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation outlining your refund details.

 

To Process a Refund, Return or Exchange for an Order In Transit

1. Contact the Customer Service Team ASAP to request cancellation or exchange.

2. For fastest service, please submit a ticket to the Customer Service Team via our Contact page and in the subject field enter 'URGENT-Order Cancellation' or 'URGENT-Exchange Unshipped Item(s)'

3. A Customer Service Team member will address your concern within 12-24 business hours.
